Video Upload Bug From Admin Side

We are configured the silverstripe in IIS7 in windows 2008 server.
all seams to work fine. how ever on uploading Video, we are experienced the following error.
Fatal error: Call to a member function obj() on a non-object in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SilverStripe\dataobject_manager\code\FileDataObjectManager.php on line 533
The files are located in the default location.
Please help us to solve this issue.
