FileDataObjectManager mising headings grid view

Hi,
I just updated the versions of uploadify and dom that I have on my site because the "use existing file" functionality didn't appear to work in the previous version. That seems to be resolved with the current version - except I have a more unusual issue. The Grid view is not showing the "headings" i.e. title etc that i have specified for any of the new files, so i have the icon for the file, but no title to say what the file is. This is only the case for files that i have imported since upgrading (old files still show their titles), and all titles show in the list view. I have some pictures to show the issue if that helps.
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues?

I guess you can solve the problem if you set it manually:
$RecordingManager->setGridLabelField("Title");
