Uploadify IO error

I have been using Uploadify for months now and it worked great. Last week we started getting a IO Error on all PCs but not on MACs.
Even very small images are getting the error? Error can be seen here: http://www.sigwich.com/signature/index.php
Just try to upload an image.
WE made no changes to code or to server, ANY help is greatly appreciated.
