2.4.5 - Import with many_many relationship

Trying to import a bulk load of data into a dataobjectmanager. One field uses the "ManyManyDataObjectManager" field.
Example "Cats" has a many_many relationship to "CatType" with "Tiger, Lion, Cheetah" as three options.
How can I import the "CatType" data for each dataobject? Do I list each CatType ID with a comma (doesn't seem to work)?
