Deletion of Image Gallery with Albums messing up the Database

Normally I delete Albums first and then Image gallery. This morning I accidentally deleted the whole image gallery section which contains few Albums + Photos. After that SilverStripe 2.4.5 was not behaving properly until I manually removed all the records related to that albums in the database.
It seems deleting the image gallery with albums in it, is not deleting all the records related to the albums
Is it a bug, any fix?

Seems no one else experiencing the problem??
