uploadify <h1> bad request (Invalid hostname) </h1>

hello everyone,
I am using silverstripe 2.4.7 its working fine, when i installed uploadify and i upload the image it give error
<h1> bad request (Invalid hostname) </h1>
Please give me the solution for this error, i am trying from past 5 days, i didn't get answer.
its very urgent for me.
