What happens if you open the iframe in its own window instead of in the lightbox? You can do that by right clicking and choosing "open frame in new tab"
Also, if you're using Safari, check the Activity window to see that swfupload.swf is being loaded okay.

Bingo. Reinstalled swfupload files from your trunk and it has solved the problem. Originally downloaded them from a different source so maybe this caused the problem
Will use the Activity page again ... a very useful tool

Glad it's working. That Activity window has bailed me out so many times. Very useful. Also good for grabbing audio/video files that are embedded in Flash.
