SWFUpload and TinyMCE

I have succesfully installed SWFUpload which is working as expected in the "Files & Images" tab. However, once I upload an image and then try to use this via TinyMCE in a HTMLEditorField, the image is not displayed in the right hand side bar.
Could you please help?

What rev of DataObjectManager are you on? This was fixed in the early 200's, I think.
