Display Problem after Dev/Build

After I installed the latest release of DataObjectManager (Copyied the entire folder over to the server and let it auto replace files with same file names)
When I go to the website, all i get is a white blank screen. I did a dev/build and everything came up just fine. But when I go to another computer (2nd computer in house - 1 computer while at my work) I still get the same white screen until I do another dev/build.
Does this mean that anyone who looks at the site will have to do a dev/build? what's happening? is there anything I can do?
Please help, I really have had alot of trouble with this and this is the very last problem that I have before everything is complete and I can FINALLY REST.

That's a PHP error. Probably a syntax problem of some sort. Won't know until you crank up your error reporting and find out what it is, though.
