Lightbox not working in Firefox 3.5.3

Just installed latest Image Gallery today (r271) and can't get the following to work in Firefox 3.5.3
Fancybox
Lightbox
Lightbox (Balupton edition)
Thickboxothers work ok in IE7 (not tested in other browsers yet)
any ideas what might be broken in those?

I appreciate Image Gallery module under development, but could someone please confirm that Lightbox not working in Firefox 3.5 is a known issue or does it work for other people and therefore an issue with my installation?

The easiest thing to do is to replicate the error on the demo site: http://dataobjectmanager.carlinowebdesign.com. I have Lightbox set up on there and it seems to be running fine without errors.
Most of the time, that test will distinguish problems with the module vs problems with your installation.

ok. Well the lightbox appears fine on that demo site. Yet on my site is does not work after a default installation, yet works on IE. When I click images on my site the image just appears full screen i.e. no lightbox. So perhaps you can give me a clue as to where to start looking?

Any javascript you're using that might be conflicting? Any errors being thrown?

Also does not show in Chrome or Safari, but does display in Opera (and IE7 and IE8)

For the record, issue was resolved by removing this from my top level Page.ss
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
Now works fine.
