Fatal error: Call to undefined method Object::get_static()

Trying to access a page using FileDataObjectManager I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Object::get_static() in /home/client/public_html/dataobject_manager/code/FileDataObjectManager.php on line 77
Any ideas what might be going on UncleCheese or others? I'm on IRC if anyone cares to chat!

Upgrade to 2.3.3.

Ran in to this same error, and I just upgraded to 2.3.3 and am very impressed with the improvements. So for anyone trying to decide about spending the time to upgrade, go for it!
