Pop Up fields open up in page not lightbox

I don't know what I did or how it happened but whenever I want to add files to page the upload field that's suppose to show up in a lightbox type jquery thing is now opening in the full page so the upload works just that since there's no popup you have to go back to see the admin again?

I fixed the problem.
I tried updating their jquer.js file. Don't do it.

Yeah, that's a major no-no. I'd love to get everything running on 1.3, but after months of trying, I've finally decided to concede and make do with the 1.2.6 that comes with SS.
Stay tuned.. major Javascript overhaul on the way for 2.4.

I've been keeping up with there videos and stuff. I can't wait. I see a good future for Silverstripe and I'm not a programmer I know HTML/CSS like the back of my hand. I can slice up a Photoshop comp and make it pixer perfect using divs and tableless layouts andmake it valid but man php is not my thing at least not yet.
Silverstripe makes these types of things easy for me.
Your modules too. Thanks.
It's just when I get stuck having to build a blog or shopping cart that I have to search for other things like opencart and wordpress. Can't wait to see full featured blog and ecommerce modules.

these resolution can help!
For the record, issue was resolved by removing this from my top level Page.ss
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
Now works fine.
