Feature - freelance opportunity

I would like to see if any of you SS wizard out there are interested in some freelance work. I’m quite a newbie in PHP as I cover the design part and some light coding when I use SS for my projects.
I’m running into an opportunity where my prospect would like to add a feature to the SS CMS. They would like to be able to upload and manage the files using the DataObjectManager and then the ability to export a list with those records in XML format.
I hope this makes sense and please let me know if you need more info.
