problems with viewing products with ecommerce

my Website Smarttechve.com in IE gives a picture not available sign next to the plus and minus buttons on the check out I have checked my folder multiple times and the pictures do exist and the image of the plus and minus is next to the box is the an ecommerce issue or an issue of the template i used. THe other issue is that when i posted my products there is some weird spacing any one have any idea why this might happen?
