1) Currency Setup Symbol...
into mysite/_config.php -> Currency::setCurrencySymbol('€');
2) Payment.php line 65 : protected static $site_currency = 'Eur';

2. Can be changed by adding to _config.php
Payment::set_site_currency('EUR'); -
