[ SOLVED ] CheckOut template: rendering problem

Hi,
there are some problem with rendering of checkout page, particularly with IE8. If I see html code, body tag is not in right position and there are css links that I don't want. I see into checkout.php but 've commented Required::Theme.
Have you any tips?Thanks

Solved...
... problem was a deprecated call in Order.phpPhp says that reference parameters are deprecated.
