I created a group role for accounts to put in once my customers create their account. This is in the config file.
// * * * MEMBER
But new accounts are not being put into this role, I have to manually move them once they have been created.
Is this normal behaviour? What is the point of setting a role for ecommerce members, if their accounts are not being placed there for our convenience?
I eagerly look forward to hearing from someone and receiving support on this.
