Would a large site work with silver stripe?

Sorry, if the question is not all new,
but i´m totally unexperienced and no software developer-
i would like to know if a large site like i.e. Zocdoc would work with SilverStripe?

Hi Rico,
Yes, as long as you know how to optimise your site and server to handle large traffic and stored data, SilverStripe should be able to handle this.
