Does the Ecom. Module allow for payment via traditional invoice - i.e. you add items to a shopping cart, then during checkout opt to pay by invoice. The order is held, they print out an invoice and once payment has been manually cleared, the order is released as paid.
Is this a possibility with the E-Commerce Module?

One solution would be to create a 'invoice' payment type, which would be very similar to the existing 'cheque' payment type.
Or you could provide a few options: 'cheque', 'bank wire', 'cash on pickup', so that you have a record of how the customer paid.
