Hi guys,

I’d like to add shipping on a per region basis (within new Zealand) not on a country basis and am looking for advice on how to tackle this.

I thought I'd start by creating a ShippingModifier extends OrderModifier and this would contain a list of region codes. Auckland, Wellington, etc.

Then I'd need to add a drop down field to the checkout page so the user can choose their region. When this changes I'd need to update the order total.

Does this sound like the right approach? Any and all help or advice welcome.
