Paypal problem with PayPalPayment.php

I successfully loaded the ecommerce module to SS v2.3.1 however when I load the PayPalPayment.php revised file as per
http://www.mysite.com/ecommerce/code/PayPalPayment.php
I get a 404 error.
Anyone come across this before?
