Hi wise ones,
I'm having problem trying to find the correct way to load a product image. I cannot find any instructions on the correct protocol to follow. All I get is the image name but nothing shows
please help .... thanks Pierre

I'm having difficulties as well to attach images to the appropriate products.
I'm using SS 2.3.2 and I have my images uploaded under the assets/Uploads.
Here is what I do trying to attach my product images:
1. Select the 'Images tab'
2. I select the option box "From the file store"
3. Select from the list box the appropriate file
4. Attach file
After all this process I do get to see two new buttons "Replace" and "Delete image" but unfortunately my image is not showing under the product.I would really appreciate some help here as I have no idea where to go from here and this is kind of killing my enthusiasm using SS

This is the second thread I have found regarding this issue yet no answer has been given. My images were working correctly and then out of no where stopped working. When attaching an image it seems that it no longer gets re sampled into a thumbnail this producing no image for the product group or CMS thumbnail preview. I have attached an image. I hope it helps. This is quite bizarre. Can someone please help us!
