Ecommerce overwriting admin

We building a system on top of silverstripe that will allow admin users (required to be logged in) to order from the e-commerce module the problem im running into is that the ecommerce overwrites the users Member details so they are no longer able to log into the CMS.
Any one know a solution to this?
