Affiliate and No Registering for Ordering

I have two specific questions:
1. Is there an affiliate component offered that works with this module? If so, does it allow the administrator to create new affiliates without allowing people to sign up to become one?
2. Is there an option in this module to allow users to not have to register before ordering a product? Ex: On Amazon you can say "Order without registering" and you simply give your billing and shipping info.
Un-related to the shopping cart but I'm sure on of you will know - is the menu manager in this cms capable of having drop-down menu's?
