I am new to Silverstripe but like it a lot so far (also new to php). I have created a new user form with ssn-id along with other user info. If the ssn-id exists in my database I want to retrieve other values from another database i.e. address, male,female etc.....
If the ssn-id does not exist the fields should be blank for the user to fill out. My question is how do I retrieve the values from the database for example how do I retrive the address value from my database based on the ssn-id ? Any help wil be much appreciated.
