I have been using Silverstripe for a while now and this is a new one for me. I use the forms module a lot on one particular website and have some fairly complicated/lengthy forms that I use on an annual basis for registering for various events. After use, I unpublish them. I recently discovered that all the forms I have unpublished are no longer there. In the Admin section, everything else is there (Main, Metadata, Times, Submissions, Email Recipients, On Complete) but the Form tab only has the 'Submit' button as if I had never created a form. This is uniform on my site. I looked at all previous versions and they are not there.

I attempted to restore previous versions using PHPMyAdmin but with no luck. I tried re-publishing but no luck. I am using a GoDaddy co-hosted server. I am using the embargo/expiry plugin, although no parameters are set on any of the forms. Could this be causing a conflict? Does anyone have any ideas and more importantly, if my forms still exist somewhere, how can I get them back?!

If you are on an older version of userforms then unpublishing the page would run a delete fields method. This should be fixed in much more recent versions (within the last 6 months). Also the older versions you couldn't roll back as they didn't save versions they only had the main version.
