show last sent form data for logged in users

Users on the website (registered and logged in) will regularly send report using form. Is it possible to display last sent data to specific user?
What I mean is that User is going to use form to send data, and just below the form he will see what he sent one month ago..

Depends how you are storing the data...
If the data is being stored in a DataObject, that has_one Member, then you can do a search for the last item for that user ordered by date.
