Hello guys,

I have been searching for a long time, but I didnt find a solution for my issue.
How can I add (with userdefinedform) a date select field which is made with select/dropdown fields?
I dont want the datepicker.
So I want 3 selects in one line.
Day Month and Year.
I hope there is another/easy way than building own select fields and adding many numbers.
