Emailing Array Data onSubmit

Hey Team,
A little stuck on this one. We are working with eCommerce and wish to be able to email the contact details of the customer, as well as a summary of the products ordered.
These order details are held in ShoppingCart::get_items();
This is as far as we got, line 15 is the one we're trying to sort out! http://pastie.org/2348667

I think you want to use populateTemplate() to add variables - http://doc.silverstripe.org/sapphire/en/topics/email
