Arrays of fields

Hi,
I'm a bit stuck here. I'm trying to build a form where I need to submit arrays of values, but no matter what I try I seem to be hitting a brick wall with it.
I need to build a form where I can dynamically add groups of fields named field1[], field2[], and field3[].
Anybody done this?
