I want to create a form that anyone visiting the site can fill out, attach a file and when they hit submit they get a thank you page. Also when they hit submit the information and the attachment that gets submitted gets saved into the CMS as an unpublished page that an admin can review and publish.

It would also be great if the form sent an email to an admin telling them there's been a new submission as well as something on the admin that displays only the pages that need to be reviewed and published.
