I have set up a custom form and I have a template to render the form within the "Includes" directory used to add some custom mark-up I need.

My problem is that when using a template file to render the form, all values I enter are being stored in the session and fields are re-populated even when I navigate to another section of the site and back to the form. Errors are also retained.

The only way to stop the issue is to not use a template (which I need to add extra mark-up) or to manually clear the session from my browser.

Has anyone experienced this problem and found a solution?
