the userforms 0.5 definitely works on my test website but I would like to know how to link/bind 5 userfoms pages with a payment module at the end with a resume. (thats it lol)
If you have any idea where I can begin to link this pages it could be great =)

Haven't seen a multi form setup with userforms before? If you can live with hard coding your forms you can try the multi form module which allows you to link form steps - http://www.silverstripe.org/multi-form-module/
