I have just started using SS to build a rebuild of of one of my existing sites. I have gone through the forums and found an unanswered question from 2008 about my topic but no answers. I have a form functioning correctly in the content area of a page but after trying the same process and adding the name of my form function to an include file, its not displaying. What is the correct process to display a form in an included file?

After crawling through the forums and trying a few things, I tried adding the form to Page.php and that did the trick.
