Can anyone help my to get my html input types to validate?

I want to use the jquery.validation.js file in the framework.

But what do I have to put in my input types and in my jquery to get it working?
The form takes five steps until the end. I need to say which input types are required
en which input they may handle.

I will attach al my file so your can see.
