What is OpenID?
OpenID is an Internet-wide identity system that allows you to sign in to many websites with a single account.
With OpenID, your ID becomes a URL (e.g. http://username.myopenid.com/). You can get a free OpenID for example from myopenid.com.

can't create RegistrationForm

i tried to do registration form like in this tutorial http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=recipes:forms
but do/build do nothing and in CMS i don't have any RegistrationFrom type page

do/build? You should do dev/build so I hope that was just a typo. Make sure that file is in your mysite/code folder and you have used <?php rather then <? at the top of the file. Those are the common things for a page not appearing
