Hello,

I have created a custom page type for a Store Location that accepts reservations via a user defined form. I would like to implement the user defined form module into my custom page type under a tab called Reservations. The idea would be to create a new tab called Reservations beside Main/Meta tabs, once this tab is open, reveal the 4 user defined form tabs "Form, Submissions, On Complete, & Email Receipts. Please see the screenshot for details. Is this possible and how difficult is it to accomplish? Thanks for you time!
