SilverStripe

This is not a module as such, but rather a miscalleneous collection of form fields that you can use for your own projects (e.g. Bank Account Field)... Anyone is welcome to add to this collection.

If you are keen to add your own form field(s) then you can fork from and submit to this github repository . You can also email the author with your form field file(s).
