SS Forums - View Formatting Help Covers Post Button

Hi,
Not sure if this is a really newbie mistake of mine. However it seems when I click the 'View Formatting Help' link when starting a new topic here on the SS forums the box that appears actually covers the 'attach file' area and the 'post' button.
There doesn't seem to be any way to close the 'Formatting Help' area either.
Is this supposed to happen? Or is there something I'm missing?

If you have firebug or a browser with a development toolbar you can hide/remove it with that.
Not optimal of course but it's a way to get rid of it if you opened it by mistake.
