Multiple File Attachment

Hello, before i start complaining, hats off to Will R. and Sean H.!!!
Just installed the forum module and everything worked great til i tried attaching multiple files at the same time. sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.
Pure noob here. Any tweaks that can help? Thanks!
