Install Forum: Can't see the forum …

I've installed the forum (latest version) and did run /dev/build/?flush=1 but there is no forum. I copied the template files into my themes folder too.
The back-end shows two pages (Forums and General Discussion) and I added some categories. But all I see in my front-end is just the sentence "Welcome to SilverStripe Forum Module! This is the default ForumHolder page. You can now add forums.".I couldn't find any documentation – even the link in readme is wrong – and knowledge-base isn't working either
CMS is updated to the latest version. What is wrong? Do I have to enable forum in any config file? Is there anything I have to adjust?

Ok, it was my fault. There wasn't the $Layout variable in my template.
