How do I create a forum in SilverStripe 2.4.7. As the information I use a theme that has been equipped forum (forum folder).

You will need to download the latest forum module - http://www.silverstripe.org/assets/modules/master/silverstripe-forum-master-HEAD.tar.gz

Download that file, extract it (7-zip is useful for this if your on windows), rename the folder to 'forum', put forum folder in your site folder and then run http://yoursite.com/dev/build in a webbrowser to rebuild the database.
