Embed forum into page?

How can I embed a forum into a page.
For example in the "About Us" page it would have a forum called "Questions and Answers" where visitors or members could post questions and we post answers. We do not want to use simple comments but rather the forums method because it is more manageable. Also the "Questions and Answers" would be in the normal forums page not just "About Us" page.
any ideas how to do this?

Yes: simply create a new page called Questions & Answers and select ForumHolder as page type.
