Can't reply to threads on Silverstripe.org/forum

7 August 2009 at 11:00am Last edited: 7 August 2009 11:01am
Has there just been a change to the forums on silverstripe.org?
I can start threads and edit my old posts, but I can't reply to threads. What gives?

Actually, for some reason links to threads are appearing in this form:
But if I remove the text, eg to
I get the reply option back. Template error?

And it gets stranger - if you try to open a topic that is on page 2 or later of a forum, you get no entries.
For example, I went to page 2 of the 'Installing SilverStripe' forum and clicked on a topic. The URL was:
http://www.silverstripe.org/installing-silverstripe/show/265048installing-silverstripe/?start=30#post265048I got the start and end but no actual entries. If I deleted 'start=30' from the URL I could see the thread. Changing '/265048installing-silverstripe/' to just '/265048/' gave me back my reply option.

Hmm, I have been having this problem too. Your fix works though, thanks.
Any ideas whats going on?
I am thinking that maybe the Silverstripe community should riot in response, any takers?

If you're not logged in, the "fix" just displays a blank topic, i.e. no posts.

Hi everyone,
The forum is fixed now. Links with # in were being inappropriately rewritten.
Thanks,
Sam
