I look for a actually overview of modules with version-number like following list. Who know it?

No list in such a clean format like that. The best listing of modules would be http://open.silverstripe.com/browser/modules/ but you would need to dig into each category to get the latest version.

But how I can get information, if the change the versions of modules?
It is necessary to make updates.
