Image Resample Problems

I'm getting the following error when I access a page with images
[Warning] imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10029 is not allowed to access /var/www/vhosts/cupidology.net/httpdocs/assets/Products/MainImages/_resampled owned by uid 48
GET /a-bed-of-roses/Line 397 in /var/www/vhosts/cupidology.net/httpdocs/sapphire/filesystem/GD.php
I'm running 2.3.3

This seems to me like a problem of access rights. Have you set public access to /assets an all subfolders?

All folders and files have 777. It seems to be an issues when the CMS creates the _resampled folder it only has 755 as the permission.
I'm currently going through all my image directories and manually creating and chmodding _resampled dirs.

There are few directories thats not working in.
