WYSIWYG editor stripping out width and height

I am trying to have a link open up a new windows that is a specific height and width. But as soon as I use the HTML editor, it strips out the height and width I set. Can I do anything about this?

I think this is due to the configuration of TinyMCE . You can find more details (and a fix) here:
