Can i integrate silverlight controls in silverstripe... any possibilities?

Sure: SilverStripe places no restrictions on the code you can include on page. It does heavily restrict (by default) what you can paste into the Content box in the CMS though. So you'll need, at the simplest, to include the HTML in your page template. You'd probably want to put your application packages (XAP files) somewhere like mysite/silverlight/myapp.xap.
