How to add File field to simple contact form

Hi i have a question how is it possible to add File field to contact form so that it comes with the email like attacment.
Also how to add the mollom field in simple contact form.Asking it because its not possible to make more than one form with Userforms

I don't know anything about Mollom, but for your file upload field you can use the FileField field type:
