Comments form not appearing?

Hello,
New to SS. Checked that I wanted to "allow comments on this page" for a page on my SS site (using page type "page" with BlackCandy theme). Peformed a flush: http://www.foster.shacktest.com/dev/build?flush=1. Checked that $PageComments is present etc.
The comment form does not appear on the page:
http://www.foster.shacktest.com/jobs/

My bad: I did not double check my theme in the config file. The comment form is working now. The effects of working with the flu.
